That used to be me. For years, my multiple interests left me confused — caught in a constant struggle to either pick one or force them all into a coherent box, which was never entirely possible. It took a while, but I finally learned that mine wasn't the linear, traditional life. I was built for something different, and I've embraced it wholeheartedly.
I'm the founder of TRSL, a brand I built first for myself, then for others like me. The Realistic Soft Life is the life I dream of, designed specifically for me: a multifaceted professional who believes she can be all she's meant to be and still build a life of sustainable wealth, career, and clarity. TRSL exists to help professionals turn their competing ambitions into clear strategies — and in turn, position them to create a life that feels completely their own: different, fulfilling, and purposeful.
I built a solid system around being a medical doctor, content writer, visual artist, and 2x founder of thriving businesses. Through my multi-system framework, and everything I've learned from wearing many hats, I've been able to turn all my interests into an advantage that works for me. As a young doctor, I write relatable, compelling personal development content to a growing audience. I also paint abstract work — I've sold over 35 pieces and held a sold-out art exhibition and auction — and I run side businesses that generate solid returns.
